Why Points May Be Missing
Reward points may not show up if:
- You weren’t logged into your account during checkout
- The order or activity wasn’t completed successfully
- Points are still processing
- A different email or account was used
What to Check
Make sure you were signed in
Points are only earned when you’re logged into your account during checkout or while completing rewards activities.
Give it a little time
Some rewards may take time to process and may not appear immediately. Try refreshing the rewards panel or checking again later.
Confirm the activity qualifies
Orders must be completed successfully, and social media rewards must be done through the rewards panel to qualify for points.
Double-check your account
Make sure you’re viewing the correct account and using the same email connected to your rewards profile.

- Guest checkouts do not earn reward points
- Points are tied to your account and cannot be transferred
