Why Sales Tax May Be Showing
Sales tax may appear if:
- Your tax-exempt application hasn’t been approved yet
- You’re not logged into your account
- You’re using a different email than your approved account
- Your application is incomplete or still under review
What You Can Do
Make sure you’re logged in
Tax exemption only applies when you’re signed into your approved account.
Check your approval status
Look for a confirmation email to verify your application has been approved.
Use the same email
Your account, application, and checkout must all use the same email.
Allow time for processing
Applications may take up to 2 business days to be reviewed. During that time, tax may still show.
