If you need to return an item, eligibility depends on the product, its condition, and manufacturer guidelines. Here’s what to expect and how the process works.
When Returns Are Accepted
You may be able to return an item if:
- It is new, unused, and in original packaging
- The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
- The item meets manufacturer return requirements
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item), a full refund may be issued.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
Some products are not eligible for return, including:
- Used or opened items
- Products marked as non-returnable
- Returns requested outside the allowed timeframe
Due to safety and regulatory restrictions, we cannot accept returns on:
- Vacuums
- Respirators
- Gas monitors
- Negative air machines / air scrubbers
- Calibration gas (even if unused)
Special Product Considerations
Some items are made-to-order or non-stock, such as:
- Fall protection equipment
- PAPR systems and certain respiratory accessories

Once approved, we’ll provide next steps for sending your item back
Refunds & Processing
Refunds are typically completed within about 4 weeks after the item is returned, including:
- Transit time
- Processing time
- Bank processing time
In many cases, refunds are issued sooner.
Fees & Shipping
- If the return is due to our error, return shipping may be covered
- For customer-related returns (wrong item, over-ordering, etc.):
- Return shipping costs may apply
- A 30% restocking fee may apply
